She is the better half of the Col. Suri. She is very firm and strong in nature, yet extremely kind towards Pinaki. She is the main caretaker of the family and loves to cook day and night. Mrs. Suri thinks she is a great Cook, but she is indeed the worst cook ever. When she was living, she never cooked anything, but after becoming a bhoot with no servants around, she picked up cooking as her hobby. All her conversation ends up in dinner invitation. She usually ends her sentence with “Belan Utha ke!”
